Terms and Conditions – 99pkr Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 99pkr platform — whether through the website, the mobile app or any other supported interface — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is between you (the player) and 99pkr. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

These terms apply to all activities on the platform including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, casino games, Slots, Fish Games, Bingo and any promotional offers. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 99pkr.

2 Eligibility

To use 99pkr you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 99pkr does not permit use of the platform by anyone under 18.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or similar restriction that would prevent you from using online gaming platforms.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may register one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's details — is not permitted and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. If your contact number, payment details or other information changes, you should update your profile promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 99pkr will never ask for your password via email, SMS or live chat. • Account registration is free.
• You may not transfer your account or allow another person to use it.
• Accounts used for commercial purposes or by third parties acting on your behalf are not permitted.
• 99pkr reserves the right to decline a registration application without providing a reason.

4 Deposits

All deposits on 99pkr are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at any time.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. In cases where a deposit is not reflected within a reasonable time, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or wallets registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.
• 99pkr does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for depositing where possible. Withdrawals are paid in PKR to your JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or registered bank account.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and displayed in the cashier section.
• You may only withdraw to accounts or wallets registered in your own name.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within a few hours of the request being submitted.
• 99pkr may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard procedure to protect account security.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

99pkr offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements and expiry periods. These are published alongside the relevant promotion.

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are typically tracked separately. Bonus funds are used first by default unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may be limited to specific games — for example, a Slots bonus may not contribute to wagering requirements if used on sports betting.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
• 99pkr reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players with active bonus balances in progress at the time of a change will be notified.
• Any attempt to exploit promotions through irregular play patterns may result in bonus cancellation and account review.

7 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting markets on 99pkr are governed by the specific rules published for each product. These include sports betting rules for Cricket, PSL, Football and Esports markets, as well as rules for Slots, Fish Games, Bingo and Live Casino products.

• Bets and game rounds are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is placed and confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round or bet settlement, 99pkr will attempt to resolve the issue fairly. Where a round cannot be fairly completed, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Any bets placed on markets that have been resolved with an obvious pricing error will be voided at 99pkr's discretion.
• In-play betting is available on selected markets and is subject to additional rules related to connectivity, data feed accuracy and match status.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99pkr platform. Violation of these rules will result in account suspension, closure and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or to process funds of unknown or illegal origin.
• Providing false identity or payment information.
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider (chargebacks) where no genuine dispute exists.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Any conduct that interferes with the normal operation of the platform or negatively affects the experience of other players.

9 Responsible Gaming

Our total liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount of real money funds in your account at the time the relevant issue arose.

12 Changes to These Terms

99pkr may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or via an in-platform notification. The revised terms will be published on this page with an updated date.

Continuing to use the platform after notification of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
